Order Processing Times: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing generally takes 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and package weight. Estimated delivery times are as follows: Domestic shipments within Spain: 2 to 5 business days. European Union: 4 to 10 business days. International shipments: 7 to 20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs procedures, carrier delays, holidays, or unexpected events.
Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information if available. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as we cannot determine or control them. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Address Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
